QWest is only $5/mo more for a static IP (residential).  That was a good 
bargain on top of basic service (no nothin' but an IP).  But I don't 
think they offer it anymore.

If you have Comcast and need to run a mail server shop around and look 
at QWest and the various virtual servers you can get.
