To summarize my views:

1. I've never heard anything but sterling comments about FRII. I would
consider them first if I had a choice.
2. DSL is not a possibility at my location.
3. Comcast is always up all the time at my location ( 2 outages in 5
years). I could care less about the ISP services. The one time I had
to call in, I spoke to a reasonably intelligent English speaking rep.
4. I use gmail so mail reliability is 100%, and they do the spam
filtering for me. My wife still uses Comcast email, but it takes them
about 15 minutes to forward outgoing mail, whereas I get instantaneous
results with gmail.
