[clue-tech] Multiple system backups

For those interested, I addressed the question of users not having 
/sbin/service on their distribution (e.g.:  Debian) by adding external 
script (or individual command) hooks into my backup script.  To 
supplement, I also wrote a substitute for "service" which I'm calling 
"service-control" and which is used (pretty much) just like "service".
