[clue-tech] Upgrading HDDs in an LVM configuration?

List,
I would like to swap a smallish IDE HDD out of an LVM configuration for
a larger IDE HDD (using RHEL/CentOS). There are no available IDE slots
(or power supply D-plugs) on this machine, but I imagine that I can
temporarily swap the CD-ROM out for the new HDD to copy files off the
drive-to-be-replaced. Is this even possible?
I've been reading around with Google's help on how to add new drives to
LVM configurations and I'm pretty sure I can handle that. However,
that's not what I'm doing. I need to replace an HDD, not simply add a
new one. Obviously, I need whatever is on the old drive to be moved to
the new drive.
Can this be done, and how?
Here's a drive configuration dump (I intend to replace the 13.6G drive
with a new 200G drive):
