[clue-tech] Hosted Exchange

I've had success with mi8.com some time ago but mailbox sizes were
relatively small. 

Why Exchange, though? There are other excellent replacements, especially
when looking at hosted solutions. Google Apps, for one, meets all of
your requirements noted below, and then some.
