Speakeasy has top notch service. I have not experienced any unexpected 
downtime and only approximately 5 minutes of expected downtime over my last 
year and a month with them. It also comes with a static ip. They are also 
extremely Linux friendly.

Speakeasy does offer a naked DSL option.
