[clue-tech] samba printing

Sorry, holidays, Windows printer Via Samba.

The smb.conf is for servering shares/pinters over the smb protocol.
Since the windows computer upstairs is already serving it out an smb
connection, you now just need an smb printer client to be able to
connect.
