[clue-tech] Switching to Qwest DSL soon, any suggestions?

Which CC company have you experienced this with?  It doesn't seem to
make much sense considering many folks log-in regularly via different
IPs, whether it be traveling, work, school, dial-up customers, etc.
I've never experienced this issue myself.
