[clue-tech] Switching to Qwest DSL soon, any suggestions?

First of all, I pegged their diagnostics.


Its about $89.00 a month.  It did take about 5 yrs to
get the service. There is a reason. A troublesome
behavior is between credit companies and ISPs. 


Credit card companies are starting to validate via IP
address. This can be troublesome. Credit card
companies won't let you make a payment unless they
recognize your IP whether it be for one machine or
NAT. This is a problem. 

Providers such as Comcast will change your address
unknowingly. Then you have to reconfigure your credit
accounts to even pay your bills.
