[clue-tech] Linux HAMs?

Hi,
I'm replying to this on-list so folks will know there's another ham
here! It's true, though, even though Linux has had ham applications and
even kernel features for a long time, a lot of the cool stuff is still
Windows and probably Mac. But yes, it depends a lot on what a ham wants
to do. If it's not hardcore ham-specific especially, there are lots of
Linux options.
I was one of those crazy AMPR folks, hooking TCP/IP into packet radio
and forwarding email over VHF, UHF and even HF! wa1yml.ampr.org at the
time. I think some of the Linux kernel code is still available, I should
look. :-)
