With 7.10 it defaults to having the following in the
/etc/apt/source.list file after install. I have mine commented out here
as I do not want to always have to get the CD in the drive every time I
run apt-get.
# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 7.10 _Gutsy Gibbon_ - Release i386 (20071016.1)]/
gutsy main restricted
I suspect based on this fact that you could in fact add the edbuntu cd
as a source.
