[clue-tech] remote assistance

I think it's VNC, then.  It works with XP and GNOME, and I don't think
there's any way to do shadowing with SSH.  Shadowing is critical.  I've
been trying for my whole career to teach my clients everything I know,
or as much of it as they want to know.  So, my client and I have to be
looking at the same thing, so (s)he doesn't have to pay me to do the
same thing twice.
