I took this question to mean "is there any way to replace the 
functionality of DNS?"  So if you put an entry into your /etc/hosts file 
(or C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) for each domain name, giving 
it the IP address you have for it, the browser will take care of the rest.
