[clue-tech] Hosting rec.?

I have had some reasonable luck using http://www.site5.com/
They have had reasonable prices and good reliability.  Only you will know if 
they fall within the range you are looking for, but it is another consideration.

They are also Colorado based if that makes a difference to you.

Good afternoon all.

I am looking for recommendations for a hosting provider.  They need to be able 
to support:
-basic website hosting
-Joomla
-site management interface
-hosted email and spam filtering

Also it needs to be a real bargain, as the organization - for which I inquire - 
is a church?
