+1 for dreamhost.

Been with them for my personal site for about five years with no
complaints.

For about $120 a year I get more features than I have time to use and no
complaints about service or quality. It's just my personal site and I
haven't pushed it much, but I stick with them because I'm comfortable
that I'm getting a good deal and good service. Often when someone on a
list asks this question dreamhost gets quite a few thumbs-up replies.
