I did that (twice) several years ago.  Just Googled for a place that was close.

At the time the price was $1000-1200 (unless you were on the government plan, then it was a flat $2000).

If the drive is under warranty check with the manufacturer.  Dell used to require one of 3 places 
(none local) if you wanted a new drive from them.
