I'll throw an odd-ball for the ULTRA-lazy in here... 

Have one site up at squarespace.com -- didn't feel like doing much of ANYTHING to build it, and didn't really have to.  Click, click... website done.  Features that would have taken hours to build/configure on a self-hosted box...

Not the cheapest, think it's $18/mo for the service level I'm using for that site.
