Xen is gone? I know that the kernel people wanted them to clean things up and provide a good API for people to use, instead of littering all over the kernel.

I use lots of VMware (server, workstation, player, some ESX), lots of VirtualBox OSE. XEN is all gone... :-) 

I know a guy who swears by ProxMox.
