Folks:

The portal for the CLUE web conferencing site for presentations is up and going. To sign up for an account to view the presentations go to

http://clue.linux-etc.com

Then click on the User Login/Registration link in the upper left corner. The Captcha is case sensitive for reference as well. User names that are in the form of "firstname.lastname" will only be accepted. Worst case we can manually go in and change things up if we recognize the email address associated with the user account. By default, accounts will be set to that of a "viewer" role.

For "How To" use the system, there is a link to some videos on the topic from the "viewer" and the "presenter" point of views.

For a presentation to be viewed, a "presenter" and/or "moderator" needs to be present. So for a "viewer", you will have to wait until such is present and attending the meeting.

This is a "first run" of such for CLUE so I am welcoming feedback and comments from all (positive and negative). One remark mentioned directly would be adding a scheduling or calendar style feature. I will be looking into that eventually. For any account related issues, email me directly.

Thanks in advance.
