[clue-tech] For Installfest Laptop does not go wireless

I've experienced situations where the driver was there, but the firmware
wasn't Depending on how the driver was written I've received an interface
but was not able to modify it.
True, the interface is there, but it is obviously borked (see MAC address
and txqueuelen) No amount of abstraction with any of that
neo-letmeconfigurethatforyou-garbage will fix it.

Perhaps we can see a `uname -r` and a `dmesg` if you are positive that the
driver is in a working state and you have the firmware? Otherwise I am sure
that with the ralink-firmware and wireless-tools packages it works.
