"Job openings or desires are OK but please don't post attachments. Please provide contact info or links so that people can pursue their interest off the list." 

Therefore, I retract my earlier statement. Non-relevant postings are not OK. When a post author is asked to relate his post to Free Software, he should do so plainly. Trolling can result in being kicked. Persistent trolling can result in being banned. 

Will Sterling, Crawford Rainwater, and M Paul Webb were right, and I was wrong. I am sorry for my mis-leading post.

There is no longer a CLUE-sponsored channel for off-topic discussions. Take them ... somewhere else.
