no.

The original idea was to use tags to allow filtering  but it looks like 
they may be insufficient.

[jobs]
[OT]
[whatever]

There's no list anywhere of these tags.  Who is in charge of the mailing 
list page?  How do we get the tags and descriptions put on it?
