[clue] Website testing (and some critiques)

Glad to see some numbers attached that match my experience with the website
itself.

As for your 2 second mark, I wonder if that is substantiated for a more
general audience.  I don't honestly think that CLUE needs a web site that
loads in 2 seconds or less.  This isn't a high volume site and I don't mind
waiting the 3 to 4 seconds I thought I was seeing.  Of course my opinion is
one of many and I don't expect everyone to feel the same.  I am fine with
the current load times.

The test is looking good from my perspective.  the site design seems a bit
clumsy to me, I have to scroll a lot to get the information I desire.  There
is a lot of white space between the title and the page grouping tabs.  The
tabs themselves are quite high.  Just my $0.02.
