P.S. If your customer isn't DoD then I'd bet against Enterprise Software Initiative.

And really, if you assume they mean Red Hat Enterprise Server anyone who fits that bill will 
probably be a good candidate for this.  Of course you shouldn't ignore additional info that points 
to more specific skills (clustering, database, web services, etc) than just Linux.
