I'm sure I ask this one at least annually. I've yet to find the tool I don't loathe, with the exception of Remedy, but ... Hell, Remedy is r 

Do you use an RFC or ticket- tracking system? Do you hate it? Never mind, then. But, if you don't hate it, what is it?
