[clue] Panasonic Toughbook CF-53

During the December meeting, we briefly talked about my CF-53.

The company that did the Refurb on the laptop was OC Rugged. You can get
very low priced  refurb's (for Toughbooks that is) from them. The only
problem is, they are incredibly slow on fulfilling orders.
