I also use KeePass applications for most of mine.  Then it is easy enough to keep them syncd up with something like dropbox to find the actual file to open on the different machines.

I use keepassX, in part because there is an android version that I
sync to my phone, but it seems to work pretty well.  It's open source, so
you can verify that there are no backdoors in the program.  It also
contains a generator, so for many of my passwords, I've never seen them!
