In my opinion, the three MOST important things you can do to make
Installfest successful are:

1. Make it predictable. If you're going to go once a month, pick a
Saturday, so people know exactly which day it will be every month for
the next several.

2. Publish your schedule. (Optimally, on the CLUE web-page) Details can
be somewhere else, if you like, in a Google doc, on your Facebook page,
or whatever.

3. Send out reminders. I try to send three: one right after the last
meeting, one a week ahead, and one the day before the event.
