[clue] Web Hosting Question

I don't think he wants a VPS either, just a simple service that he can hit
publish and his WYSIWYG editor uploads to.  This takes away the need to
worry about the base OS and maintenance tasks associated with it.  This is
the easy option and for a simple site is probably best.  There is no need
to have email associated with the domain as the OP can use his current
email address.  Really he asked for web hosting suggestions and what is
recommended between Windows and Linux as the underlying OS.  Going into
self hosting really is jumping into the deep end and beyond the scope of
the original question.
