You are invited to a free educational meetup ( Dec 19th , Thursday ) that focuses on the Internet of Things ( IoT ).  It is estimated by some that by 2016 there will be 9 billion devices attached to the Internet or Cloud.  Another organization says IoT will be a $9 trillion marketplace by 2020.  Another big technology area that is related is Wearable Technology. ( WIoT )   Joanne and I just attended a Wearable Technology Conference in Los Angeles.  

The first hour (1900 to 2000) will be aimed at newbies and will introduce IoT concepts.  The second hour will be aimed at geeks who want to do projects related to IoT.  This is for hackers, inventors, sophonts.
