[clue] Linux (Ubuntu) and Thinkpad T430

Just to have it archived,  this worked great with the exception of vmware
player which started blowing up badly.  It turns out adding:

mks.gl.allowBlacklistedDrivers = TRUE



to the .vmx file works nicely.
