Personally, I tend to think that outsourcers very rarely know (beep) all
about the actual job - it's a numbers game for them.  They're just trying
to throw as many resumes as possible at it before their competition.  The
only reason I trust TekSystems any more then I trust any of the others is
on the recommendation of someone I used to know.
