[clue] Yahoo DMARC breaks mailing lists.

A number of CLUE subscribers had their accounts disabled due to a change in Yahoo DMARC policy. See:

http://www.pcworld.com/article/2141120/yahoo-email-antispoofing-policy-breaks-mailing-lists.html

I originally thought this affected Comcast users but it also affected MSN, Hotmail, and
others--including Yahoo.

The accounts were disabled last night and have now been enabled again. You may have missed a few
messages that you can find in the archive.

I have also set all Yahoo accounts to moderated so that this doesn't happen again. That means
people using Yahoo will not be able to post to the list. Apologies for the inconvenience.

If anyone knows a way to adjust our server so that it can send messages from Yahoo addresses without
causing bounces I'll be happy to facilitate any reasonable suggestions. I hope the Internet
provides an answer soon but it may be several days before I'm able to dig one up.

If you try to post and get a response that is not easily understood let me know and I'll try to find
a way to make it more comprehensible.

Thanks!
Dave
