[CLUE-Adm] Idea for our next installfest

I'm a student in high school (East High School), and I'd love to learn more
about Linux while in school, but unfortunately everything here is Windows or
Macs.  It's an awesome idea though, to introduce high school students to the
freedom of Linux.
