[CLUE-Admin] CVS pserver connection failure

I hate it when that happens -- as in debugging the problem doesn't occur.

The last time I used it was the 16th, so I'm guessing the reboot killed
it. Any reason not to just fix the inetd.conf file and restart inetd?
