     September 13th - DTC install fix fest (Jef)
     New Batky-Howell location
     Check link.
     Jef writes copy for fix fest.
     Remind Jef.

2. Web development.

    Jed writing php code for new web site.
    Link to new style (top bar).
    New architecture.
    Rely on XML and filesystem for data storage.
    Easy to maintain, yet extensible:
        Content blocks follow given pattern.
        Refer to clue-dev archives.
        Get all information in a single email.
        Matt Gushee looking over XML.
        RSS feed to mirror CLUE content.
        Development plan.

        New box:
         + Single signon
         + Techangle update?
         + Transition plan off old server.

3. Newsletter update.

   Zonker wants more input for newsletter content:
     + Synopsis of monthly meetings.
         + List sponsors at the end of newsletter.
         + Email newsletter to CLUE Announce (link)
         + Meeting summary volunteers.
         + Offer $20 SoftPro or door prize (first crack @ giveaway table).
         + New book reviews.
         + Best of CLUE Technical support.
         + Block section for Newsletter (on home page) - RSS newsfeed?
         + BLOG newsletter?

   Wants to know people are reading it -- we'll email link for next newsletter

4. Speaker schedule.
        + Lined up through November.
        + Pass on names to Crawford.
        + Lynn will keep on for the next few months until new coordinator.
        + LWN for speakers?  Crawford asks John Corbett or Liz Coolbaugh.
        + Digital ID speakers.
        + Jabber.org - Peter St. Ives.
        + Tummy.com
        + Hacking society meeting (Dave Anselmi)
                - Falling Rock (Chris).
                - Batky-Howell.
                - Any WiFi location.

5. Sponsors update.
        + Work with Crawford and Lynn for speakers.
        + Zonker will talk with editor @ Apress.
        + Resend new sponsors emails to Doug Corwine.
        + Ken Weinhart.
        + $20 SoftPro (email Jim Treitman).
        + Crawford willing to host new webserver.
        + Contact existing sponsors - introduction email.

6. CLUE North.
        + Crawford needs speakers.
        + Installfest on 8/16.
        + Attendance is growing.

7. Projector fund ($1500).
        + XGA; 1200 lumens.
        + Kara Pritchard.
        + Volunteer research:  Gus, Lynn, Jef
        + NEC 1700 lumens, XGA, $1750 (introduction).
        + Dave Pitts - DSP oriented.

8. Fundraising.
        + Paid memberships - ala public television & radio
        + $20 a year:
                - Email alias.
                - Public HTML account (~user) - 15 MB
                - SME server (Crawford).
                - Invited to social events (BBQs, beer fests).
                - Participate in door prizes -- paid members only or $2 @ door
                  for one night.
                - Printed name tags.
                - Temporary name tags for one-night members.
                - Give them a prize for the membership -- T-shirt, book, etc.
                - Membership card.
                - Follow up meeting for membership and technical details.
                - Next year
