Ronald,

My apologies that I did not cc: you.  I forwarded your email to Lynn two days 
ago and then I called him yesterday.  We spoke about your KISS session and my 
understanding was that he was going to contact you asap (i.e., today).  I'll 
call him again.

For now, please plan on giving your KISS session.  I'm sorry that we have not 
been more responsive -- Lynn has been swamped at work and I only get involved 
when he is swamped.  FWIW - he's never been this swamped before :)
