Not sure, but this is usually the way it happens.
Whenever we get a hold of him - he declares it working - and after he checks
whatever he checks, it works.

Well, now it seems to be working.

Would someone *please* explain why this happens every 6 months.  Use small
words, since most of are not networking gurus.
