[clue-admin] Mailman archives not being re-built?

I just saw that.  The 2.0.x mailman version required the admin to manually 
install them into the 'mailman' user's crontab.

After I added them to root's crontab [because I didn't read the crontab.in 
file], I received emails from cron about errors in the commands.

However, the archives did update.  So, something is not quite right.

I'll do some more research and report back.  For now, the cron entries are 
removed from root's crontab.
