[CLUE-Admin] slooow email delivery

All,

I have noticed that my emails to the clue email lists have a pretty good 
latency.  In past versions of mailman, stale locks were the problem.  I 
looked today (Richard Raab complained of 1.5 hour delay to clue-talk) and the 
mailman locks looked normal -- no stale ones.

I doubt it's a bandwidth problem, so I'm wondering about our qmail server.  
I'm only familiar with postfix, so can anyone give me some advice (or look 
yourself) on the clue qmail program to diagnose any problems?
