I've been on Comcast's list twice.  Both times they were quick to remove 
me when I submitted the form.

The first time I turned on sender verification.  That didn't do much as 
exim doesn't do call backs by default.  The second time I added 
greylisting which is much better.

But there were months between the two incidents, forwarding mail for 4-6 
accounts.
