[clue-admin] Mail issues

There is definitely a lot more spam than earlier.  I have received about
2000 since I set up a gmail account Friday and Jed pointed the list server
to it.  It's also the middle of the month.  I've noticed that spam seems to
spike way up at the beginning and end of the month,then drop very low.
