[clue-admin] Website Updates, and Volunteer Change

Hi Folks.

I've done a few updates today: Annoucements on the home page, adding full
schedule data for 2008, and May presentation info.

Please review these changes and let me know about any errors.

2nd: Jeff volunteered to continue to work on speakers for 3 months. Since
it's almost April, I'll be changing the DTC Speaker Coordinator position
to point to Dennis, unless we get a volunteer in the next day or two.
