Sorry, there was a lot to say in that mail and I tried to emphasize the part I care about, which is 
pointing out what needs to be done so that people can decide to go do it.  I tried not to get mired 
in how things would be done--that belongs to those who are going to do them (IMO).

But I agree that those on the lists are the constituents and all (who want to) should be heard.  So 
please help get the word out in whatever way you think is most effective.
