[CLUE-Talk] Question about FIPS

Hello All:

Does anyone have experience using the FIPS disk partitioning program?
A friend of mine has RedHat 6.2 (which he has not installed yet) and
it comes with FIPS, "The First nondestructive Interactive Partition
Splitting program" (so their blurb runs), Version 2.0 (11 May 1998).

How well does it work?  Any "gotchas" to watch out for?  Should he
use it on a Windows 98 machine?
