[CLUE-Talk] Sun study on Gnome as seen by new users

As a long-time computer user, I find that I sometimes have trouble
when talking to new users seeing things as they see them and
understanding what they find confusing when these things appear
"obvious" to me.

This page is about tests that Sun ran on new users with Gnome, and
might be worth reading to see the difficulties of developing a "user
