[CLUE-Talk] brief intro & cable/DSL recommendations

I've done downloads from high bandwidth servers and have averages of
4Mbit/sec using @Home cable.  I live in Lakewood and even the tech's from
AT&T don't believe it until I've shown them.  Cable is the best VALUE in our
market.
