Fixing laws and doing what is right will not get you a multi million payola.
Besides, everybody assumes that this is about stolen files. I really think
that is more about keeping the musicians in line. I would have to guess that
when a group makes it big because of swapping that all future groups will
skip the labels and do their own when they see ~70% profits vs. 8%.
