okay. that part I can live without.  My priority is to have someone with 
reasonably good spam blocking, whose connectivity is through a backbone 
that doesn't tolerate spammers because I don't want to end up being listed 
as collateral damage.  Recommend an ISP on coop.net and I'll be happy
