Well I'm with you on that.  I think a society has a responsibility to 
itself (i.e. future generations).  In fact, the debt is going to be our 
biggest long term problem...

But who do we owe all this money to?  I'm guessing the American people 
simply owe tons of money to corporations.  What a horrible situation 
we've gotten ourselves into!
